I had the 2007 factory version. It looked amazing in my eyes, but as much as I tried, I couldn't live with the lumpy ride at 3k to 4k.
I tried every technical mod there was available, but was expecting the smoothness of a bike with more cylinders.
It is a case of put up or get off, and In the end I got off and bought a four cylinder bike.
At the end of the day, it's a single and will be a bit on the lumpy side, but combined with a lambda sensor, it's just awful.
Others will agree, whilst others will tell you different.
The factory has the looks, but it also has the lambda sensor. If you still want one, find a 2005 (possibly 2006) Strada which doesn't have the sensor.

1- Sprockets? I saw a few guys or threads with this but what will you guys recommend? give me some options on this, like pull or tops or smoothness, witch do you guys prefer on THIS bike?
*I have the Trail - I left the gearing standard, which was fine. As I found it difficult to get the standard rear sprocket I bought a larger one for an F650 and a larger front sprocket to match.2- baffles? Can I take them out without messing with the performance? and will this give THIS bike a better sound?
* You would need to cut open the standard cans - the baffles are not easily removed. I'm thinking about taking the cat. The standard sound is rather muffled.3- what will your opinion be on the bikes worst part? the thing that gives the most problems?
*The poor fueling at 3,500 to 4,200 revs was the worst part, but I've fixed that with a Power Commander. Fuel pumps do fail, although mine lasted until about 75,000 before I replaced it with a BMW unit. The connector in the belly pan is vulnerable to water so I cut it out.
The motor seems bullet proof and is easy to service (lock nut tappets), but is a bitch to get to (i.e. removing the tank).
As for a wish list: 6 speeds and 10kg less.
I've had the bike for 88,000km now and I'm happy. My wife doesn't ride, so the power is adequate.4- Is there any charging issues? rsv's has but we've got a fix.
No. The BMW Funduro (which I owned) which was built by Aprilia had charging issues, due to thin wires and an under-designed voltage regular rectifier. No such issues with the Pegaso. I find that the security system does drain the battery after 10 days or so, so when I'm away for a week or so I use a battery optimiser.Cheers
